De l'adhésion à l'exercice d'une responsabilité syndicale : Quel dispositif d'accompagnement et de formation ?
Abstract
In reply to the questionof the specificity of the academic union training, the paper offers a principle answer in action : the economic and social trainig exists only in a connection with a continuous research. Research is therefore approached as a device intervention and training not only for unionists but also for contacts whose effect contributes to the transformation of the individual and collective pratctices. The subjetc is illustrated with the presentation of a study project aiming as the trasformation of the accompanying and training practices for a new union activists on the brik of the retirement of a generation of militants.
À la question de la spécificité de la formation syndicale universitaire, l'article propose une réponse de principe en actes : il n'y a de formation économique et sociale que par son articulation à une recherche permanente La recherche est alors conçue comme un dispositif d'intervention et de formation non seulement des individus mais aussi des contextes (mis en forme) dont l'effet contribue à la trans-formation des pratiques individuelles et collectives. Le propos est illustré par la présentation d'un projet de recherche visant la transformation des pratiques d'accompagnement et de formation des nouveaux responsables syndicaux à l'approche du départ à la retraite d'une génération de militants.
