La formation des professeurs : entre analyse de praxéologies professionnelles et étude de problèmes de la profession

Abstract : In professional training, analysis of professional praxeologies allows us to work on the types of tasks that are at the heart of the trade: for the teacher of mathematics, they are essentially "set up in a class of college or high school, some organization of mathematical knowledge". But training, beyond the study of these questions, must also work to identify problems of the profession and to find solutions, always partial and provisional, which will allows the profession to be spread thanks to people who are entering the profession.
