Transformations du travail par l'Intelligence Artificielle : Quels enjeux pour l'ergonomie ? : Exemple d’une recherche-action dans le secteur du tri de déchets

Abstract : Artificial Intelligence has developed very strongly in recent years and is becoming more and more present in work situations. Projects integrating AI are profoundly changing these situations and are now a challenge for ergonomics. While the challenge of ergonomics remains classic : to preserve the health of workers as well as the performance of the system, these projects have the particularity of being associated with uses and new ways of working that can hardly be anticipated. The ergonomist must then bring the question of the current and future activity to the attention of the different actors of the project. We present here the example of research in progress in which we are interested in the question of the uses relative to data on the activity of the workers, produced by an Artificial Intelligence tool. We will also question the limits of these technologies as well as the positioning and practice of the ergonomist.
