Résumé

The cities has lost connection with the sea; Interaction between the neighborhoods and the sea, which was the reason for its existence, has faded away... The highway has broken the link between the city and the sea, the human and the nature... In this context, the project suggests to always use lands available by the sea to unify city and sea... through a linear processing of the shores, which will include a broad program of human activities, thus creating new interaction and social integration in green spaces accessible to all without exception and generating an economic development and tourist attraction facility in the city. These works extend beyond the timely settlement of a building and aim at a new city horizon, a cultural anchoring, memory resonances echoing the contexts that such works modify...
